What do you do at Celtic?
I’m the Assistant PR Account Executive which means I work directly on a lot of the execution of our PR plans.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I love the scope of clients I work with. I’m a sucker for B2B and technical writing, but I have so much fun with our B2C and hospitality clients. It’s a great range of work that always keeps me on my toes.
What’s the best career-related advice you’ve ever received?
As much as I hated hearing it when I was in college, networking IS super important. It helped me a lot when I first started the job hunt and I have developed both personal and professional relationships because of it.
If you weren’t working in the advertising industry, what would you be doing?
I would totally be a librarian. I was a substitute for two weeks at a local middle school and it was the greatest thing. Definitely going back to that after I retire.
What is the first thing you’d do if you won the lottery?
Pay off my student loans and my car because I’m obviously no fun. BUT then I’d have lots of fun after.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
This is fairly embarrassing but… either Tubthumping by Chumbawamba, Lose Yourself by Eminem or Come on Eileen.
What’s the strangest food you have ever eaten?
I had rattle snake sausage once on a family vacation. It was actually super good.
