We’re excited to welcome back Liz Casper to our agency. Liz previously worked at Celtic from 1990 to 2006 and rejoins our team as a media buyer. In her new role, Liz will be working with our clients and internal account teams to plan and place media in a variety of channels, including print, broadcast, online and out-of-home.
